FINAL REFLECTION FOR AMERICAN LITERATURE 2020-2021

 This year/semester was unlike any other, it was a wonderful collection of time were I lost and found. The 2020 year has been one of the best experiences to grow because of all the things happening but even with covid 19  and every small and big death that has happened, you'd think that school and the current curtain of illusion will have fallen by now. But I do got to give it to both of them, they have pretty sturdy foundations which do hold them up to the purpose their suppose to hold.   💬    Arguing is one of the key principles of living. There are various ways of arguing  but we have taken it a bit  farther  by  believing  our  opinions   are our  right.  I had never of tho ught how important argument is in our everyday life.  But now I understand that if we involve the right to our  opinions,  we change the  processes  of  achieving  what we want we  want. We as humans tend to want to  always be right so when the right to opinion comes in  to place , were  obviously going to want to go to the right of our opinion .          When you argue you also got to know when you are wrong.  What do you think Hawthorne's purpose was for writing this story? To show that the people around us often lie and have more then 1 face. Hawthorne states that Brown's wife is "aptly named" Faith.  After reading the story, do you agree?  Yes because it adds to the story. Does Faith's name fit her personality? Yes because it goes with the same idea of her pink ribbon's  Does Brown have true faith in her? I believe he wants to but many factors like them being barely married for 3 months tells me he doesn't.
